FAMILY ASSOCIATE – EXETER
An exciting and rare opportunity has opened up for a talented Family Associate to join a top 100 law firm in Exeter, known for its progressive culture and high-performing teams. This role sits within a respected Family team that advises on everything from financial settlements and child arrangements to complex disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and farming families. You\’ll be part of a collaborative group that blends litigation and non-court resolution to help clients navigate life\’s toughest moments with clarity and compassion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial remedy proceedings and cohabitation disputes
- Sensitive children matters and pre-nuptial agreements
- High-value and complex family law cases
- Building trusted relationships with clients and supporting them through emotionally charged situations
- Contributing to the team’s growth and success
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in family law
- Experience or strong interest in financial remedy and high-net-worth matters
- Confident managing your own files with support where needed
- Client-focused, and a natural communicator
