We are looking for a Receptionist to join a busy and professional office in Shirley. This front‑of‑house role involves managing a busy reception area, welcoming clients and visitors, handling incoming calls and providing administrative support across the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing telephone calls.
  • Photocopying, scanning and printing documents.
