An opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded team in Exeter. The role is well suited to a solicitor seeking high quality support and exposure to meaningful, client facing matters.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a varied property litigation caseload with appropriate supervision, including housing management disputes
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex matters while developing technical and procedural expertise
  • Advising registered providers, local authorities and housing sector clients, and preparing pleadings, correspondence and key documentation
  • Representing clients at hearings or mediations where appropriate and contributing to client relationship and business development activity

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, ideally with experience or a strong interest in property litigation or social housing, who is organised, collaborative, client focused and keen to develop within a supportive Exeter based team.
