The Role
A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEX (0-3 Years PQE) to join its growing Property Litigation team, with a particular focus on social housing work. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career lawyer to develop specialist expertise within a supportive, values driven and nationally recognised firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
- Advising clients on housing management issues and disputes
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
- Representing clients at court hearings and mediations where appropriate
- Contributing to business development and client relationship activities
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 0-3 Years PQE
- Experience or strong interest in property litigation and/or social housing law
- Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative and client focused approach
