Salary: £45,000 – £75,000

A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor at Senior or Managing Associate level to join its nationally recognised Employment team based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile matters with a strong emphasis on transactional and corporate support, including co‑counselling on exciting deals with leading city firms.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
• Transactional and corporate support
• Strategic advisory and employee relations guidance
• Client work across retail & consumer, private equity, developer, and energy & infrastructure sectors
• Leading business development initiatives and identifying cross‑selling opportunities
• Collaborating across offices to deliver commercially focused legal solutions

• A strong track record in advisory, corporate support, and litigation
• Sector insight into retail & consumer, developer, and energy & infrastructure
