Candidate Requirements
You'll ideally have
- Experience advising on a broad range of pensions matters within private practice.
- Strong knowledge of pensions issues arising from corporate transactions, including due diligence and transactional support.
- The ability to handle standalone advisory matters with confidence and minimal supervision.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service.
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- The confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders across various disciplines.
- An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development.
