This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, agile environment, advising on complex employment matters while contributing to the continued growth of a nationally recognised practice.The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering high quality employment law advice across a broad range of matters, including:Employment status and associated rightsContracts, handbooks and policy draftingRedundancy, discrimination and workplace investigationsHR advisory support including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and sickness managementManaging Employment Tribunal claims from ACAS Early Conciliation through to appeals and cost applicationsRepresenting clients in Tribunals, mediations and other dispute resolution forumsSupporting corporate transactions, commercial matters and injunction/defamation issuesProviding legal updates, drafting articles and advising clients on legislative changesWorking with Knowledge and Paralegal teams to refine policies, templates and processesEngaging in business development, networking and referrer relationship buildingYou will work closely with colleagues across the firm, supporting clients in highly unionised, complex and fast moving environments.
