Our client is a multi office, Legal 500 recognised practice with a strong reputation across the South West. They are known for their collaborative culture, long standing client relationships and high quality contentious property work. You’ll join a supportive, close knit team working on a broad range of property related disputes, with the chance to develop specialist knowledge and build your own profile in the market.

The Role

  • Managing a wide range of property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Handling land related issues such as rights of way, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and adverse possession.
  • Working with a diverse client base including landowners, developers, estates, councils, charities, farms, businesses and high net worth individuals.
  • Opportunities to support on wider commercial litigation, including insolvency and debt recovery arising from property matters.
  • Collaborating closely with real estate, agricultural and sector specific teams, receiving a steady flow of high quality internal and external referrals.
  • Developing your own areas of specialism, contributing to business development and growing your professional profile.

Candidate Requirements

  • This role is open to candidates from NQ to around 5 years' PQE who have experience or a strong interest in property litigation.
  • Bring solid litigation experience from training or post qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong client handling skills and clear, confident communication.
  • Show initiative and ambition, contributing to the team's continued growth and reputation.
  • Be comfortable managing their own caseload with appropriate support.
