A respected and progressive law firm with offices across Devon is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join its well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and capable solicitor to develop their career within a supportive, client-focused environment.

The Role

You'll be joining a Legal 500-recommended team known for its expertise in Health, Social and Elderly Care, Trusts, Tax, Succession, and Estate Planning. The role will be tailored to your level of experience and will offer the chance to grow your caseload and deepen your private client skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on Wills, Estate Administration, and Probate
  • Drafting and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trust and Inheritance Tax Planning
  • Trust administration and client relationship management
  • Delivering high-quality, empathetic client service
  • Contributing to the team's continued growth and success

About You

We're looking for a legal professional who:

  • Has 1-2 years' experience in private client work (PQE is a guideline, not a requirement)
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the private client discipline
