An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Paralegal to join a growing litigation team. This role would suit a paralegal with litigation experience who is keen to develop their career within a supportive environment. You will assist fee earners with a wide range of disputes, gaining hands-on exposure to litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Preparing court bundles
- Maintaining paper and electronic files
- Conducting legal research
- Supporting the progression of cases
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Previous litigation experience is preferred, along with confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
