Payment disputes, delays and defectsProfessional negligence claimsContract management and dispute mitigation strategiesAdjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and other ADRAdvising on a wide range of construction and energy projects, including commercial development, utilities, renewables, residential and facilities managementWorking on matters that have featured in reported casesClose collaboration with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial and PlanningThe team acts for an impressive client base spanning global funders, multinationals, local authorities, contractors, developers and well known household names across energy, renewables, housing, retail and waste. The work is high quality, complex and genuinely impactful.
