An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and well-regarded family law team in Exeter. This role involves advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, civil partnerships, separation, cohabitation issues, financial matters and children cases.

You will play an active role within a supportive team, delivering a high standard of client care. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload on a day-to-day basis, ensuring matters are handled accurately and in line with relevant procedures and risk requirements. You will also be expected to stay up to date with developments in family law and contribute to building strong client relationships and referral networks.

Candidates should have experience across a range of family law matters, along with strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive and client-focused approach is essential. Knowledge of the legal aid system would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a full-time position offering excellent long-term career development prospects within a collaborative team environment.
