The Role
You’ll become part of a specialist Family Finance team advising on a broad range of matters, from straightforward settlements through to complex, high-value cases. Your work will include:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- High-net-worth and complex asset cases
- Child maintenance and financial provision matters
- Managing your own caseload (appropriate to experience level)
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and challenging cases
- Contributing to business development and team growth initiatives
