This is a wonderful opportunity to be an integral member of a well-established childcare team who are specialists in legal aid, including care proceedings and adoption and represent children, parents, extended family members and local authorities at all stages from initial instruction to final hearing.
The successful candidate must possess a passion for family law and demonstrate proven experience of independently managing a childcare caseload and particularly, public law cases. Knowledge of the Legal Aid system and strong advocacy experience is essential for this role. Children Panel accredited or working towards accreditation is desirable.
