Reference: HSJ921958294_1784291775Family Lawyer (4+ PQE) - North Devon We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked, multi-office regional law firm with an excellent reputation across the South West.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful Private Family team undertaking high-quality work for a broad client base.
The role offers a strong emphasis on matrimonial finance matters, alongside a varied caseload of private family work.
Role Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, separation, cohabitation disputes and private children matters.
Advising clients on financial remedy proceedings, including complex, high-value and multi-asset cases.
Handling pre and post-nuptial agreements and broader relationship breakdown matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional client care.
Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.
Playing an active role in the continued growth and profile of the Family department.
Keeping up to date with developments in Family Law and contributing to the team's ongoing success.
Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE in Family Law.
Strong experience handling private family matters, particularly financial remedy work.
Experience advising on children matters would be advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Keen to be involved in business development and the future growth of the department.
