The Role
- Support a well established Employment team advising employers, directors and senior professionals on a wide range of matters, including:
- Day to day HR and employment law queries
- Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Employment support on corporate transactions
Candidate Requirements
- Solicitor or FCILEx, NQ-4 years' PQE
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Confident managing and developing your own caseload
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
