The Role

  • Support a well established Employment team advising employers, directors and senior professionals on a wide range of matters, including:
    • Day to day HR and employment law queries
    • Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
    • Disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
    • Employment Tribunal claims
    • Employment support on corporate transactions

Candidate Requirements

  • Solicitor or FCILEx, NQ-4 years' PQE
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
  • Confident managing and developing your own caseload
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
