A well established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Exeter at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with genuine influence, a strong existing client base and a clear route to Partnership. The Role

  • You will play a key role within the Corporate Commercial department, undertaking high quality fee earning work while contributing to the strategic growth of the team.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters
    • Handling transactional and general corporate work
    • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, franchise, T&Cs)
    • Supervising and supporting junior team members
    • Leading on business development and expanding the client base
    • Contributing to the management and long term strategy of the department

  • Qualified Solicitor with strong corporate and commercial experience
  • Skilled in both transactional corporate work and commercial contracts
