A respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in Exeter. The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
  • Company, partnership, director, and shareholder disputes
  • Commercial contract disputes and corporate transactions
  • International arbitration and insolvency matters
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
  • Advising clients and attending mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
  • Candidate Requirements

    • 1-5 years PQE in commercial litigation
    • Strong technical and drafting skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Confidence in managing matters independently
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
    • Willingness to attend client meetings and external events
