An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Associate (4+ years' PQE) to join a nationally recognised, award-winning disputes team in Exeter. This team is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and is known for delivering exceptional results across a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes. With continued growth and strong demand, they are looking to welcome a talented litigator ready to take on high-quality, varied work from day one.
On offer is a diverse caseload spanning major areas of commercial litigation, including:
- Contractual and shareholder disputes
- Financial and professional negligence claims
- Judicial review matters
- Business risk and regulatory issues
- Insolvency-related disputes
- Sector specific work
You will work with an impressive client base ranging from start-ups and individuals to multinational corporates, institutional investors, major banks and public sector bodies. Expect early responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to work closely with specialist partners across the team.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong experience gained within a reputable commercial litigation practice
- Exposure to a broad range of commercial disputes or a developing sector specialism
- Confidence managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy
