Clinical Negligence Solicitor North Devon Salary dependant on experience An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical negligence lawyer to join a regional heavyweight to be based in their Barnstaple office.

The claimant clinical negligence team is highly ranked by the Legal 500 and due to growth, have a rare opening for a lawyer of 2 + PQE to bolster the thriving and dynamic team.

You will be dealing with matters from inception to settlement and will need to be tenacious with a good eye for detail and be able to demonstrate your passion this type of work together with experience of independently managing your own caseload.

The team deal with a wide range of matters to include but not limited to, birth trauma cases, delays in diagnosis or misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, medical advice errors and the administration of the incorrect drugs or dosage.
