The role involves being part of a thriving team, advising a wide range of clients including farmers, landowners, rural businesses, and estates. Your work will cover:
- Rural and agricultural property transactions
- Farm sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and succession planning
- Agricultural tenancies and property rights
- Land development, diversification, and commercial projects
- Building strong client and referrer relationships through networking and promotion
About you: Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Legal Executives, and experienced Practitioners. The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2-5 years’ PQE in agricultural or rural property matters, or equivalent experience running their own caseload
- Be confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent client care
