A respected South West law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join its well established Residential Property team in Wells. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment with a strong focus on quality work and long-standing client relationships.

The Role

  • Providing high quality legal advice on all residential property transactions
  • Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
  • Supervising conveyancing assistants and working closely with New Enquiries and Finance teams
  • Contributing to business development and operational improvements
  • Assisting colleagues with advice and representation where required
  • Identifying opportunities for new referrals and cross-selling across the firm
  • Developing and maintaining strong client and colleague relationships

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working within a Residential Property team
  • Strong client care skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Strong financial awareness and confidence managing the financial aspects of client matters
  • Marketing, networking and business development skills appropriate to the role
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to high professional standards
