Our national L500 client is seeking a talented Planning Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join their impressive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including developers, retailers, corporate occupiers, charities, investors, funders, NHS bodies, local authorities, and government agencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning advice
- Draft infrastructure agreements
- Assist on complex mixed-use schemes and conduct due diligence on planning aspects of real estate transactions
- Risk management, appeals, judicial reviews, and enforcement matters, including highways and infrastructure planning
Qualifications
