Fantastic opportunity exists for a residential property solicitor to join this leading Shropshire firm. The firm is L500 rated and has multiple offices throughout the area.
The role involves a broad spectrum of residential property work, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity. You should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure. This role is within a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional file management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Experience with Landlord & Tenant matters and leasehold extensions is preferred but not essential. You will need to show an interest in marketing and business development and will be a key member of a friendly and supportive team. Excellent career opportunities are on offer.
