Our client is a well-established large Legal 500 firm recognised for the quality of its commercial and private client work. They are now seeking a senior residential development solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to join their highly regarded residential development team in Southampton.
You will manage your own caseload of matters related to residential development acquisitions for all of the top housebuilders in the country. You will have previous experience of dealing with residential development acquisition matters and looking to further develop your skills and knowledge within residential development.
An excellent academic record and residential property exposure within a reputable firm is ideal along with a commitment to offering a first class service to clients.
