We are working with a highly regarded multi-office Dorset practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer lawyer to join their growing property team in their Shaftesbury office. The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post-completion.
The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner and is confident in independently managing their own caseload. While experience in commercial property is also desired, it is not essential, but candidates seeking a blend of both residential and commercial property are encouraged to apply.
