The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are working with a well-established multi office Dorset practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their growing property team in their Wimborne office. The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion.

The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner and is confident in independently managing their own caseload.
