A well‑established and fast‑growing CQS‑accredited law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its dynamic property team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home while contributing to a high‑performing, collaborative department with strong client care values.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
- Contributing to the growth of the property department
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years' solid experience in residential conveyancing
- FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- Motivation, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
- A history of strong billing and client care
Please note: This role is not suitable for solicitors or partner‑level candidates. No management prospects are available in the foreseeable future. Experience training paralegals is a bonus, but not essential. Remote candidates must have proven experience working independently from home in a legal setting.
