We're seeking an Associate to Senior Associate level individual to support the thriving Southampton offering and contribute to high-value commercial property transactions across the UK. Our client's Real Estate practice spans all major sectors, advising developers, investors, corporate occupiers, banks and funders. The Southampton team is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture and impressive client base.
You'll advise on acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and real estate finance, while also providing corporate support on cross-office mandates. This is a growth-focused role offering exposure to complex transactions and strategic projects. You'll work closely with partners and colleagues nationally, including London, gaining broad experience and visibility across the firm.
