A well regarded boutique practice is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) to join its established and highly experienced property disputes team. The firm's work is centred on complex and high value contentious property matters, offering exposure to a broad range of disputes affecting landowners, occupiers, developers and professional clients.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including:

  • Adverse possession claims
  • Boundary and neighbour disputes
  • Enforcement and modification of restrictive covenants
  • Easements, including rights of way, rights to light and drainage rights
  • Proprietary estoppel
  • Co ownership and TOLATA matters
  • Development related disputes
  • Possession proceedings
  • Telecommunications and statutory code rights
  • Mortgage disputes
  • Professional negligence claims arising from property issues

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-6 years PQE with solid experience in property litigation or real estate disputes
  • Strong technical understanding of contentious property matters
  • Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
