A highly successful and nationally recognised Private Client team is seeking an experienced Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its growing department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, supportive and award-winning team known for its technical excellence and exceptional client care.
The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, supporting clients through some of life's most important decisions with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling a broad caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and tax work
- Providing clear, expert advice tailored to each client's needs
- Building and developing client relationships through networking and business development in a way that aligns with your strengths
- Supporting junior team members with their training, development and career progression
- Contributing to a collaborative team culture that values shared expertise and knowledge
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Private Client Solicitor with:
- At least 2 years' PQE in Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs and estate administration
- A client-centred approach with excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues
- STEP qualification or interest in working towards it (advantageous but not essential)
