I’m working with one of the region's premier Private Client teams—highly ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500—who are seeking to grow their department with the addition of an ambitious, experienced Private Client Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established practice recognised for its technical excellence, impressive client base, and complex work.
The Role
- Handle a varied caseload spanning:
- Estate administration and complex probate matters
- Trust creation and management
- Wills, LPAs and succession planning
- High level inheritance tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
You’ll also play a key role in supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the continued development of the team.
About You
- The ideal candidate will bring:
- Solid experience across tax related private client work
- Excellent drafting and technical skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on client care
- STEP qualification - or a willingness to work towards it, which the firm fully supports
