An award-winning firm in the Thames Valley is seeking a Private Client Knowledge Lawyer to support its highly ranked Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts department. With a strong reputation across Chambers UK, Legal 500 and Chambers HNW, this is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and well-resourced team in a strategic, non-fee earning role.

The Role

This is a pivotal position focused on legal excellence, internal training, and strategic development. You will take ownership of the department's knowledge resources, oversee precedent management, and ensure the team remains at the forefront of legal developments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape client engagement strategies and support the department's growth through targeted learning initiatives and business development input.

Key Responsibilities
