A major organisation operating across the Defence and Energy sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide support to their legal team.
The role
- Providing broad commercial legal support across a range of complex, high‑value matters.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.
- Supporting major projects in the Defence and Energy sectors.
- Advising on tenders and government terms & conditions.
- Providing general commercial advisory support to internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with precedent development and internal legal processes.
What they’re looking for
- 10+ PQE with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Strong commercial contracts background.
- Experience in Defence, Energy, or other regulated/project‑driven sectors.
- Experience in an in-house legal team.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied workload.
