Are you an experienced and passionate Family Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a highly respected regional law firm who are looking to recruit a talented solicitor to join their thriving Family team.
The Role
As a Family Solicitor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head of Department while independently managing your own caseload. You'll advise on a broad spectrum of family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
You will be expected to:
- Deliver clear, commercially sound legal advice to clients
- Draft effective legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain well-organised, compliant files in line with SRA and firm standards
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless client service
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to raise the profile of the Family team
Candidate Requirements
