A well established and award winning regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience to join its growing Family Law team in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role within a supportive, modern, and ambitious practice.
The Role
- Managing a full and varied caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and dissolution proceedings
- Financial remedy matters
- Private law children matters (all areas)
- Pre and post nuptial agreements
- Separation agreements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Non molestation and occupation order applications
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years PQE
- Comprehensive experience across all areas of private family law
- Ability to manage a complex and sensitive caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of family law and procedure
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Confident and compassionate communication with clients
- Effective under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Solutions focused, client centred approach
- Ideally a Resolution member, accredited mediator, or collaborative lawyer (desirable but not essential)
- Supervisory experience (advantageous)
