A well established practice is seeking a talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join its growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied, high quality work and wants to play a key role within a supportive, forward thinking department.

Working closely with the Head of Department and an experienced Partner, you'll gain exposure to a broad mix of matters including commercial contracts, business disputes, employment related issues, and general advisory work for a diverse client base. The role offers genuine scope to develop your expertise and build strong client relationships from day one.

The Role

You'll be based at the Parkstone Road office, taking on a wide range of company commercial matters while contributing to the department's continued growth. The position suits someone who is confident managing their own workload, comfortable engaging directly with clients, and keen to support business development initiatives. Both full time and part time applicants are welcome.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in company commercial work
  • Professional, personable, and confident in client facing situations
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Flexible, well organised, and able to work collaboratively with senior colleagues
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in business development and maintaining excellent client care
  • Willingness to handle a varied caseload, including commercial disputes and employment related matters
