A well regarded regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and experienced team in the Swindon office. The team handles a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, refinancing, leases, and specialist work involving landowners, renewable energy projects, diversification schemes, and pension property transactions. The Role
- Acting on commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Advising on refinancing and commercial leases
- Working with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy and diversification projects
- Handling pension property transactions
- Providing a consistently high standard of legal service
- Managing matters in a practical, commercial and solutions focused manner
- Working independently with minimal supervision while supporting the wider team
Candidate Requirements
- At least 4 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach
