Established Nottinghamshire firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their Mansfield office. You will have a minimum of 2 years fee earning residential property experience and your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
  • Dealing with sales, purchases and remortgages
  • Carrying out title investigations and resolving property queries
  • Guiding clients through contracts, signings, exchanges and completions
  • Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders, brokers, and agents
  • Using case management systems to progress files efficiently

You will be a team player, have strong organisational and communication skills and be comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
