Employment SolicitorLocation: WiltshireThis dynamic firm based in Wiltshire is looking for an experienced 1+ PQE Employment solicitor to join their team within the Corsham office.Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of both contentious and non-contentious matters. Some examples of matters include drafting and preparing claims and defences, employment contracts, settlement agreements, TUPE transfers, share acquisition/ disposal, director's service agreements and due diligence.The ideal candidate will have experience within Employment specifically with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
