A fantastic opportunity to join the Employment team of a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm with a strong Legal 500 presence and an excellent reputation for combining high-quality work with a supportive, collaborative culture.
Working with businesses, HR professionals and senior executives, you'll advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Day-to-day HR and employment law advice
- Disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigations
- Restructuring, redundancy and organisational change projects
- TUPE and employment support on corporate transactions
- Employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Senior executive and board-level matters
Candidate Requirements
We're keen to hear from Solicitors with NQ to 5 years' PQE who have employment law experience, whether through a training seat or post-qualification practice. You'll have:
- Employment law experience and a genuine interest in the area
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Commercial and pragmatic judgement
- Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
- The confidence to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- An interest in business development and building client relationships
