With 2+ years PQE, you can be based in any of their offices in Shropshire or Herefordshire. The role offers a busy caseload including advising both employees and employers on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, and employment tribunal proceedings, including advocacy at hearings.

You will work in a small, motivated team within a firm that emphasizes personal development and maintains a positive culture.
