With 2+ years PQE, you can be based in any of their offices in Shropshire or Herefordshire. The role offers a busy caseload including advising both employees and employers on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, and employment tribunal proceedings, including advocacy at hearings.
