My client is a specialist Employment firm ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers. This position presents an ambitious and driven solicitor the chance to work with a dynamic and collegiate team on some of the finest work in the South East.

Working for both employers and employees, you can expect a broad range of work including contract and service agreements, settlements, unfair and constructive dismissals, discrimination, restrictive covenants and more. Despite the team's bespoke setup, they more than hold their own with their larger, full-service competitors, providing tailored and complex solutions for clients from interesting start-ups to SMEs and notable large businesses.

Due to the smaller team, there is scope for real career progression as you will be exposed to leading and high-profile work from day one. The firm prides itself on its 'hands-on' approach to mentoring and development. This role is ideal for passionate and driven employment solicitors seeking more autonomy and the chance to work directly with some of the best legal minds in employment law.
