An excellent Top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic and collaborative team in Southampton. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of employment law matters, advising clients on strategic solutions while representing them in disputes and negotiations.

The Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to work cohesively alongside other senior team members, supervise juniors and maintaining your own caseload. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on employment law issues, providing strategic solutions in meetings and written communications.
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals and litigation proceedings.
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and supporting documentation.
  • Conducting legal research on complex employment matters.
  • Engaging in business development, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management.
