Job Title: Employment Partner – Mid Sized City Law Firm
Salary: £180,000 – £300,000
PQE Level: Partner
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Our client, a highly profitable mid-sized law firm, has gone through a period of sustained expansion. Their long-term outlook has put them in a very strong position, with PEP the envy of many of their larger competitors.
Due to expansion, they are looking to add to their small but high-quality employment team, with an additional partner who can service and develop their existing client base, alongside bringing their own clients.
The firm is highly entrepreneurial and is well suited to those who enjoy working collaboratively and want to be rewarded for work they bring in. In our experience, candidates with a following of £500K – £1M find that the rewards here are higher than their competitors.
