The Role
- You'll take the strategic lead for the Bristol employment offering, acting as the key external ambassador for the team while managing and growing major client relationships.
- The work spans the full spectrum of employment law - contentious and non contentious - including complex restructuring, employee relations, outsourcing, TUPE, and strategic workforce issues.
- You'll play a central role in driving business development, strengthening the firm's national profile, and contributing to wider growth plans.
- Equally important is your role in developing people: coaching, mentoring and shaping the next generation of employment lawyers.
Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years' PQE with a strong track record in employment law.
- Proven experience building, leading and growing a practice.
