Employment NQ Solicitor
Location: Cardiff

My client is a leading law firm with a truly enviable reputation in employment work. Due to strategic growth and expansion they have highlighted and signed off on a role for a newly qualified employment lawyer to come on board and bolster their Cardiff team.

Widely recognised as one of the strongest employment groups in the UK, this Top 100 law firm advise a broad mix of domestic and international clients.

The successful NQ Solicitor will join a tier 1 ranked team that covers the full spectrum of employment law, including:

  • Workplace policies, contracts, grievances and discrimination matters
  • Tribunal and High Court litigation (e.g. whistleblowing, team moves, bonus disputes)
  • Collective issues, including union relations and industrial action
  • Employment elements of major transactions (M&A, TUPE, outsourcing)
  • Non-traditional working arrangements (zero-hours, gig economy)
  • International and cross-border advice, including global mobility and immigration
  • Senior exec advisory work, reward and tax issues, Health & Safety, and more
