We're looking for a driven Employment Lawyer to join a growing, high performing team. You'll work with a diverse client base across a broad mix of Employment matters, taking on both contentious and non-contentious work. You'll also play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen and expand the team's profile.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising clients across a wide range of sectors on varied Employment law issues
  • Handling both advisory and litigation-focused matters
  • Drafting, negotiating, and supporting on key documentation
  • Getting involved in marketing and BD initiatives to help grow the practice

You'll ideally have:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales with around 0-3 years' PQE
  • Solid grounding in Employment law
  • Confident drafting and negotiation abilities
  • Strong communication skills and a team focused mindset
  • A proactive, client centred approach and the ability to manage your own workload
