A growing and dynamic Employment team is seeking an ambitious Employment Lawyer to join its practice in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of industries, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
- Advising clients across multiple sectors on a broad range of Employment law issues
- Assisting on contentious and non-contentious matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment documentation
- Managing multiple matters independently with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Participating in marketing and business development activities
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification as a Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of Employment law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- A genuine interest in Employment law and client service excellence
