Employment LawyerExeter or Torquay

Our client is looking to bolster their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team by recruiting an experienced Employment Lawyer to join them in either their Torquay or Exeter office. Our client is a dynamic and successful Devon-based multi-office practice which has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years.

The work on offer will be a diverse array of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, advising both employees and employers. Matters will include, but are not limited to, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and independently manage their own caseload. The successful candidate will be passionate about business development and actively engage in marketing, networking, and social events.
